Application Agreement

I hereby apply to join Five Rivers Indoor Bowls Club (FRIBC) and agree to abide by the Rules of the Club. A copy of the Club rules, which incorporate Competition and League Rules is available on www.fiveriversibc.com and at the end of rink 1

I confirm that I give my consent for my name, telephone numbers and email to be displayed in the Bar area so that other members can access my details. I consent to receive emails, newsletters and information about club events. FRIBC do not share your information with any third parties. The Clubs full privacy statement is available on the website or can provided in hard copy on request to the Club

A key fob will be provided to allow you access to the club on receipt of your membership fee. The key fob remains the property of the Club
